The Selling Essentials program delivers a virtual learning experience that helps sales professionals build confidence and refine their approach from first contact to final close. I led the design of a scalable, interactive learning system that prioritizes user engagement, clarity, and real-world application.​​​​​​​

Project Overview

Working within a multidisciplinary team, I partnered across design, user research, testing, and content development to create the Selling Essentials program. Our shared goal was to craft a virtual learning experience that strengthens core sales competencies and drives team performance​​​​​​​

Learning Experience Design

With the brand identity established, the team transitioned into designing the individual courses that would comprise the program. Using content provided by the instructional writers, I designed a series of engaging learning experiences that integrated instructional content, interactive elements, and assessment activities to reinforce key concepts.
